The Commercial Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling ADT services and technology within an assigned territory, leveraging relationships, closing new business for ADT and ensuring customer retention.

This person is the ADT brand steward, charged with telling the ADT story and clearly demonstrating that ADT is the leading electronic security provider.

The Commercial Account Executive is responsible for securing profitable sales and upgrades to new, existing and discontinued ADT Commercial customers while maximizing customer satisfaction and retention by initiating post installation follow-ups.

This rep will also have a commanding knowledge of our product line, as well as that of our services.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Adhere to current ADT policies, procedures, products, programs and services2 Create new market share by selling ADT products and services to new local commercial customers3 Sell additional products and services to existing accounts that continue to present new sales opportunities.

Sell add-ons, amend, and convert existing customer systems to meet the customers expectations4 Renew existing customer agreements5 Responsible for resale opportunities within an assigned territory6.

Identify prospects utilizing creative lead-generating techniques and maintain productive working relationships with existing customers7 Utilize approved marketing materials to include the Commercial Model Sales Call process to present sales presentation and proposal to prospects, assuring the customer understands our value proposition, positive features, benefits and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition.

This includes the use of the ADT We Care form in all customer appointments.

8. Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics, and consistently apply time and territory management techniques9 Follow up with prospects.10. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers issues and needs through in-house training and reading/research.11. Obtain referrals and work with Centers of Influence.12. Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.13. Conduct post installation follow-up by contacting customer, ensuring commitments were met and affirming customer satisfaction once the customer has been in service.

Requirements: Requirements: Education:
College degree preferred.

High school degree or equivalent required.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a successful commercial sales representative in the security, IT or other technology sales industry, demonstrated by the consistent ability to meet and exceed quota.

Housing Specialist Job DutiesIdentify rental property in line with HUD Section 8 housingcriteria and develop working relationships with owners in support of housing homeless veterans.

Advocate for waiving deposits and inclusion of utilities in monthly rent, as these are barriers to housing for homeless veterans who have little or no income.

Assist veterans throughout their rental housing search to find a house or apartment that will meet their needs as well as the qualifications of the PHA Inspector.

Coordinate briefing sessions and conduct educational rental housing seminars for program participants and landlords.

Participate in the PHA interview process of veteran applicants to determine need.

Interact with the HUD-VASH Case Managers, veterans and PHA staff in order to buildand maintain relationships that support secure expeditious placement once the veteran has received a voucher.

Introduce veterans with HUD-VASH voucher to landlords and negotiate various aspects of leasing such as security deposits, utility bills and monthly lease amounts.

Prepare reports, maintain records and data bases, and perform other related work as required by HUD-VASH Case Managers in support of veterans enrolled in the program.

Follow-up with all veteran applicants as they search forand move into permanent housing.

Maintain good public relations with landlords and developers in the community thatmay be willing to rent to a veteran with HUD-VASH voucher.

Monitor overall program operations and keep staff informed of any new units that are available.

Transport veterans to see units that are available for rent and report the outcome of these visits weekly.

POSITION PURPOSE – Assistant Store Managers are responsible for the complete operation of designated areas. They work with the Store Manager, Department Heads, Associates, Installers, and Vendors to drive sales, ensure high levels of customer service, and solve complex problems. Assistant Store Managers act as role models of professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision making at all times.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
CUSTOMER SERVICE Greeting customers when they enter the store Ensuring customer concerns are solved effectively and promptly. Training Associates to provide quality customer service.

Due to forklifts and other heavy equipment traveling through the receiving area, temporary cracks may appear in the floor, causing an uneven walking surface. The receiving area can be dusty and noisy.
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS – Most all of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing/walking or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).
