ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVE/RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitoring help desk tickets for troubles and taking the appropriate corrective actions to restore service and update the knowledge base for future events.

- Monitoring help desk requests for change and taking the appropriate actions to document the planned configuration and schedule it’s implementation.

- Review and assess completed changes, and update network management applications appropriately.

- Interact with customers and network engineers when necessary to support testing and/or analysis to determine requirements for future changes.

- Review outstanding change requests and trouble tickets for service levels.
