Claims Adjuster Trainee: Progressive Insurance

This role prepares you to be an investigator for Progressive and our customers, inspecting insurance claims for loss and damage.

As you develop in this role, you will learn how to write estimates and value injury claims.

We're looking for someone who can work effectively with customers who've been in an accident while keeping an eye on the details.

Knowledge/Skills- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of five years combined relevant work experience and/or post-secondary education required.

(Relevant work experience includes a position requiring critical thinking, problem solving, serving customers, negotiating, effective written/verbal communication or claims/property adjuster experience)- Valid driver's license.

Position Profile: The Account Manager’s primary focus is the marketing and sales of Legal Document Services (LDS) products and services to new and existing clients within a defined sales territory/list of accounts.

The Account Manager is responsible for a minimum annual quota dependent upon territory assignment.

As an Account Manager you will serve as the first point of contact for all customer requirements and will be responsible for maximizing revenue growth.

Regular activities include prospecting via phone, e-mail or other medium; face-to-face sales calls (5 to 10 sales calls per day) utilizing the IKON sales process; follow-up letters/e-mails; interaction with clients and potential clients at sponsored events.

Account Managers are required to complete IKON’s Legal Document Services training – including ongoing skill and knowledge development beyond initial sales training.

Qualifications: Requires four-year college degree or equivalent experienceRequires previous outside business-to-business sales experience.
