POSITION PURPOSE
This position will assist the unit Supervisor in day-to-day over seeing of a team of Associates. Teams will typically include between 15 – 20 Associates. This position will fill in for the Supervisor during their absence. The position will be responsible for providing On-The-Job (OJT) training to newly hired Associates. In addition, they will provide one-on-one feedback to improve Associate performance deficiences. This position will be the unit subject matter expert, and will serve as the escalation point in resolving customer complaints and/or complex issues. In conjunction with the unit Supervisor, this position will seek ways to continuously improve customer service, productivity, process improvement, and sales where applicable. This position may also perform the work of the Associates in the unit in order to meet high volume demands.
