Description: Position will focus on providing software support and training to our customers.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have the following combination of skills: Software support/troubleshooting and software implementation or training, Ideal candidates will have experience with all levels of support (Level 1, Level 2, & Level 3).

Experience with customer training is a plus.

Ideal candidates must have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities, excellent verbal/written communication skills and must be comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy team setting and interacting with customers face to face.

A background or exposure to Public Safety or Public Administration is not a requirement but definitely a plus.

A technical or business related Bachelors Degree is preferred.
