Position Summary: The individual will work with various managers in the international tax group. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This position prepares and analyzes earnings and profits reports for foreign entities. Analyzes and computes foreign tax credits for foreign corporations. Assists in the preparation of the U.S. Tax Forms F5471, F1118, and Form F1120. Participates in the preparation of responses to the IRS regarding international tax issues. Performs special projects as needed. This person should be working towards an undergraduate degree in accounting. (Internship will begin in December 2009). Excellent analytical and organizational skills as well as have experience with Microsoft's Word and Excel. It is essential to have the ability to work independently and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of and foreign professionals at all levels.
