Visit us at www.ftub.com. COMMERCIAL LENDING OFFICERA proactive contributing member of the Commercial Lending division, this Relationship Manager position is responsible for identifying and cultivating new customer relationships to achieve new loan and deposit goals.

Will also be responsible for managing and administering a loan portfolio of Commercial Real Estate and/or C&I loans, in accordance with First Trade Union Banks credit policies and procedures, loan quality guidelines, mandatory portfolio yield requirements, and underwriting standards.

· Candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring profitable business relationships and cross-selling all bank products to ensure that annual production goals are achieved.

· Ideal target market is small businesses’ with ($2MM-$20MM) in sales.

Responsible for all phases of the process to include: lead generation and sourcing, initial analysis and evaluation of the credit worthiness of submitted loans, adherence to all Bank loan policies/procedures and subsequent management of the loan portfolio.

· Responsible for ongoing credit administration to include the identification and reporting of any internal or external weakness in the loan portfolio and the development of strategies to eliminate or mitigate the risk associated with said weakness/deficiency.

· Responsible for performing consistent, timely and high quality credit administration duties including resolving delinquencies, reviewing risk rating assigned by Credit Officer, completing comprehensive credit file information and ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory and Bank policy requirements.

· Candidate will be required to participate in community related activities and organizations.

· Ideal candidate will possess strong, consultative sales skills, be committed to providing excellent customer service and possess strong written and oral communication skills.

In this role, you will assist the physician and coworkers in performing a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures in a team environment.

Requirements for Cath Lab Radiology Technologist:

Diploma/Associates degree/Bachelors degree.

ARRT and NJ Radiology license required. ARRT (CV), CVT, OR RCIS preferred.

1 to 3 years of Radiology experience required. Cardiac Cath and/or Special Procedures experience preferred. BLS required. EKG interpretation and scrub experience preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating flexibility, diplomacy, tact, and foresight. Performs well working in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Enjoys working in a team environment.

Will consider relocation package for 2-year commitment.
