As an Internal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for planning and implementing projects that support the sales organization. You will also assist the sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information. In this role, you will prepare the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and update the automated tracking system, such as CRM. The Inside Sales Associate also coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements.Responsibility:Interface betweenï§ factory and field sales team.âLiaise with the responsible Hub to escalate / problem solving issues on placed orders. Providing post sales support for escalation issues between customer/sales and factory.âHandle customer inquires and resolve customer issues properly using root-cause analysis. Coordinating order/repair expedites w/OM, Manufacturing, Marketing, Service CenterâCoordinating upgrade, trade-in and other special programsâMonitor COL (critical order list) letting sales and customers know if a unit will not ship on timeResponsible for quotation requests and assists inï§ preparation of RFQâs. Ensure RFQâs and quotation requests are completed in alignment with companyâs policies.âManagement the COR â Collaborative business opportunity process for region/area. âFollow up quotations and forecast entries and record outcome of call as directed by sales management.Use InSight (CRM Tool) to log call info, quotations,ï§ telemarketing activity etc.Act as an extension of the outside salesï§ force to proactively grow product/service sales:âDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and sales.âSet up or alter customer appointments as required – Documenting agendaâs and ensuring any additional resources available if required.âManage telemarketing projects for region directed. âProspect new and existing customers with formal outbound campaigns. Become single point of contact for all sales leads for the assigned region (e.g. from seminars, trade shows, mailings and customer care). âMaking follow-up/health check calls to customers that had problem orders/repairs.Other duties asï§ assigned.
