Prospect new clients for student recruitment agency services.

Lead in developing sales strategy and initiatives for student recruitment services.

Manage new and existing accounts.

Negotiation contracts with new and current advertisers.

Prospect and sell banner advertisements to For Profit Colleges for the Alloy Digital Network.

Provide consultative marketing solutions and superior customer service to current and future advertisers.

Develop and pitch agency of record services directly to For Profit Colleges for Alloys agency placement divisions.

Maintain database of sales and marketing contacts.

Maintain a sales pipeline of new and closed business.

Travel for meetings and conferences.

Requirements: 4+ years of Internet advertising sales experience with a focus in the lead generation business is preferred.

Experience in business development/agency marketing services for recruitment and placement with For Profit Career Colleges.

Ability to create and close end-to-end sales opportunities by prospecting new leads, generating sales correspondences, proposals, sales calls, and completing sales.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, closing skills, a proven ability to exceed sales quotas, and the ability to work in an individual selling environment, are essential.

Passionate about working in the education space target audience 21 – 45 years old.College degree, with focus in Business/Marketing is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with media production for marketing.

Must be comfortable working independently.

The ADP Resource District Manager demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in areas of payroll, payroll taxes, human resources, 401(k), worker's compensation, benefits administration and unemployment management.

A District Manager will be required to: Display business maturity in ability to consistently use a consultative sales process.

Develop a business plan with Sales Director / Sales Executive detailing activities to be followed during the fiscal year.

You will also assist the sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information.
