Corporate Trainers are also given the opportunity to run satalite office in other cities throughout the US. The skills that will be learned in Phase 2 include: Interviewing and hiringTraining and Developing New EmployeesBasic Marketing Campaign ManagementGeneral Team Management Phase 3: Assistant Manager (2-3 months)The Assistant Manager phase is the final phase of training.
Assistant Managers will take a step back and learn all the back end work that is involved with managing a marketing campaign for our clients.
They will also be given the opportunity to run the overall development and administration of a marketing campaign.
The skills that will be learned in Phase 3 include: Campaing AdministrationLegal AspectsFinancing and BudgetingAdvertising Upon successful competion of the training program, new managers will be assigned a client.
This will entail leading a team of 20-30 people overseeing all aspects of aspects of the client’s marketing campaign.
Pay based upon individual performance.
Individuals will be quickly cross-trained in all areas of sales and marketing so proficiency is a must.
