M & D Industries is a Foundation Drilling Company located in Waller, TX. We are hiring immediately for the following positions: Project Superintendents Drill Rig Operators Crane Operator Drillers Helpers / Ground Laborers To be considered for a Project Superintendent, applicant must have verifiable heavy highway construction supervisory experience, preferably in bridge construction.
The ideal candidate has no problem living out of a hotel and being on the road.
Must be willing to travel as you are typically out of town M-F with weekends home.
Travel expenses are company paid: per diem, lodging, and transportation.
Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
The right person is a self motivated, multi-disciplined and hightly organized individual that is able to focus on details.
Understanding sourcing of labor, equipment suppliers, material suppliers, and subcontractors and work with the project team for the timely completion of the project is necessary.

To be considered for a Drill Rig Operator, applicant must have a proven track record in the operating of foundation drilling equipment (such as Texoma, Watson, Soilmec or other similiar types of foundation drill rigs).
Please include a drilling equipment list detailing your experience as well as the company contact information for which the drilling equipment was operated.
Drilling Rig Operators are required to have a valid Class A CDL Texas Drivers License.
As with all other positions,travel is required.

Please note, experience in the operation of other types of heavy equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, loaders or forklifts does not qualify you for this position.
Crane Operator must have proven track record and verifiable experience in the operation of at least a 50 ton Rough Terrain Crane.

Ground Laborers/Drillers Helpers is an ENTRY LEVEL position.
Candidates who apply for this position, usually have no experience in the Foundation Drilling industry.
However, to be considered, some highway construction experience is recommended and preferred.
Travel and Valid TDL is required – Class A CDL is preffered.

ALL POSITIONS require a valid Texas Drivers License (prefer Class A CDL for all positions) and weekly travel within Texas.
Our crews are typically out Monday through Friday with weekends home.
