Description
Interprets physician medication orders. Acts as drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals. Is responsible for drug distribution, Pharmacy order entry, Make IV solutions, work with Pxysis stations; monitor drug therapy, answer medication related questions; assist in supervision of technicians.

Qualifications
BS in Pharmacy or PharmD.-Must have TX Pharmacy license. Hospital experience; IV trained /certified.
