A major client, located in Basking Ridge, NJ, is seeking a WebSphere Administrator.

The WebSphere administrator will be responsible for architecture, and application support of an extreme availability, high-performance WebSphere infrastructure.

As a Technical Specialist, the candidate will be responsible for managing, capacity analysis, environment installation and setup in a 24/7 environment.

Supported systems include e-commerce, accounting, customer service, warehouse management.

Responsibilities: Management of open WebSphere support ticketsTracking of Critical WebSphere patchesDeveloper and other support personnel trainingArchitecture help with Software implementationTroubleshooting expertiseCapacity and Stability reporting and design specific to WebSphere servers and servicesCapacity planning and projections for a large / high capacity reporting environmentParticipate in performance analysis and tuning projects of the reporting infrastructure with the associated applicationsMentoring junior staff and providing technical leadership to large-scale projectsLead initiative to develop scripts and other programs for system monitoring and maintenanceWebSphere Administrator Qualifications: Technical Competencies: Knowledge of WebSphere (BW, HAWK, RT-View, BE, and Rendezvous)UNIX System Administration experience in order to troubleshoot system problemsComplete understanding of back-up and recovery operational processes and technologiesInterpersonal and Leadership Competencies: Works well and respects other disciplines of the project teamsAbility to manage risk appropriatelyAbility to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentExcellent technical written and verbal communication skillsOther Experience: 3+ years of experience as WebSphere Developer or Systems Administrator of a WebSphere infrastructureExperience with Solaris and Windows 2000+ is essentialJ2EE or Soap knowledge is a plusA Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in an Engineering or Computer Science field is preferable

Night Coordinator – 2nd Shift Job in Marble Hill 30148, Georgia US

Job ID: 280Position Description: Supervises four teams (one at a time – straight nights and rotating shifts) of 6 – 12 plant employees (production) as well as associated indirect functions (shipping, quality and maintenance) and oversee as needed 6 mine employees on night shift to meet customer requirements and support plant/mine business strategies, inventory issues, operating initiatives and financial objectives for manufacturing plant location operating 24 hours, year round.Ensures a safe and productive environment is maintained. Performs environmental, health and safety functions for night shift as needed to comply with company policy, local, state and federal laws and regulations.Maintains efficient operations ensuring employees are following shift instructions, company rules and policies. Makes changes in scheduling or job functions when necessary to meet customer/production needs. Ensures housekeeping standards are met. Enters required inventory information. Works with Packg Mgr on ISO preparation/compliance.Trains employees to ensure competency, conducts safety meetings. Works closely with EH&S Manager on projects and to ensure complaince is maintained.Completes midterm and final performance evaluations either independently or with feedback from other managers. Completes disciplinary actions as necessary.Promotes Huber vision, principles and the desired culture by developing the skills and leadership competencies of production staff by creating a working environment that fosters motivation.
