Wells’ Dairy, Inc. currently has an opening for a Micro Lab Technicians at our Corporate Laboratory in Le Mars, Iowa.

This position is full time.

This individual will be responsible for performing microbiological and chemical analyses on finished products, raw materials, processing and environmental samples from manufacturing plants and dairies.

Other responsibilities include preparation of media, participation in the Proficiency Test Program, completion of State Certification requirements, and general upkeep of the laboratory and laboratory equipment.

In the foothills of the Rocky Mountains is a hospital of approximately 200 beds.  The hospital is located in southeastern Idaho near the Wyoming and Utah borders.   This hospital is searching for someone with good administrative skills who is well versed in clinical lab work.  Someone very experienced in CAP procedures, who has done extensive hiring and evaluating of staff and Pathologists is needed.  A B.S. in Medical Technology is required.  A new lab system is being purchased.  Someone who is knowledgeable and has worked with Shared Governance of employees is desired.  There area 40 FTE’s.  The lab performs 500,000 billables a year.  Relo is provided for this four season environment with boating, hiking, skiing, hunting available.  Please send a professional (not a job board) resume to jp@merraine.com .
