Job Description:

Unit Managers – 2 Full-time Day Shift Positions Available Unit Manager for Adult and Adolescent Boys Units Unit Manager for Child and Adolescent Girls Units Serve as a member of the nursing leadership team. Manages day-to-day business of nursing units, which is responsible for supervising approximately 50 staff members, staff training, staff recruitment & retention, involvement in performance improvement processes and monitoring, and ensuring service excellence of all psychiatric programs and patient care delivery.

Job Requirements:

Positions require: Current RN license in the state of KY, at least 2 years of previous nurse management experience and an associates degree in nursing; BSN and previous psych management preferred.

Inpatient care is provided on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week. Outpatient and partial hospitalization services are provided on a six-day per week basis, days and evenings. Care is provided according to an established code of ethical conduct and strict adherence to patient rights.
