Responsibilities include:

* Facilitates submission process for all fine fragrance and part of personal care projects
* Coordinates brief, development, and submission process on all international briefs
* Responds to all domestic pricing inquiries and fields client phone calls
* Prepare international travel arrangements, including presentation prep for Sales team and visiting team
* Prepare and distribute a variety of reports for clients including budgets and forecasts
* Schedule and organize meetings, presentations, and events
* Assist Marketing on projects

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in sales related field
* Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving abilities
* Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Second language a plus
