3+ years in project engineering and project management with proven technical ability to learn operational, engineering and project management practices and procedures.

Strong leadership skills.

Ability to work self directed and with multi functional teams and personnel.

Demonstrated ability to execute assignments in an accurate and timely manner.

Strong organization, communication, time management, documentation and peer mentoring skills.

Experienced with using electronic accounting, procurement and commitment systems to enter jobs, requisitions and work orders.

Competent in key process unit operations and engineering disciplines such as evaporation, heat exchange, pumping systems, drying, mechanical drive systems, HVAC, mechanical and pneumatic conveying.

General proficiency in one or more of the corn wet milling, food starch, syrup refining or dry product packaging manufacturing processes.

Preferred Ability to successfully implement projects up to, nominally, $3-5M.

3+ years experience in operations, process development, project management, maintenance.

Completed the Cargill engineer-in-training program.

Proficient in ASAP/SAP and project commitment systems.

General proficiency in some or all of: energy pinch analysis, food safe design, industrial electrical power, good manufacturing practice (GMP), piping design, management of change (MOC), API, ASME, NFPA and NEC standards.
