Deep knowledge of postal products and services Experience in designing and implementing governance process and assisting business leaders to manage change within their organizations Experienced coach specializing in teaching organizations how to successful implement and manage long term prioritization and scheduling process in support for the Business strategy.

Required project/position deliverables: Develops the new Stage and Gate process that will manage the flow of work and the prioritization and selection of products and or functionality to be implemented in the Online, Mobile or Call Center Channels Provides day-to-day management and leadership for the Stage and Gate process to include the following activities: Identify and clearly articulate gaps/issues/roadblocks and drive issues to resolution Guide and coach the change control team to establish a foundation of strong collaboration across organizational boundaries and processes Facilitate the Change Control Board meetings and assist in redesigning the process, procedures and documentation to reflect the new Stage and Gate model Develop and coach government client staff to assume the responsibility of organizing and managing the Change Control Board Support the Change Control Communication plan implementation and execution at a leadership level Coach team in applying a continuous improvement methodology to the new processes and procedures

Description: Responsibilities for AC-130H Pilot: Deliver platform instruction to Special Operations aircrew utilizing ATARS courseware and training media.

Provide instruction to aircrew utilizing static aircraft, aircrew training devices and computer based instruction.

Operate training devices and serve as role players for mission rehearsal operations.

Provide subject matter expertise (SME) for lesson and course development, maintenance and upgrade.

Maintain familiarity with applicable tech orders and AFSOC instructions and review courseware to ensure accuracy of lesson content.

Submit training change proposals (TCPs) where appropriate for development and upgrade of lessons.

Fly, at least annually, as observer on AC-130H aircraft to observe current aircrew procedures and techniques.

Support engineering and maintenance functions during test and evaluation of training devices.

Perform other collateral duties as assigned by the Training System IPT Lead.

Reports to the Contract Weapon System Lead regarding accomplishment of assigned duties and responsibilities.

Working knowledge of the following regulations: TO 1C-130(A)H-1, AFI 11-2AC-130 Vol 1, AC-130 Aircrew training; Vol 2, AC-130 Evaluation Criteria; Vol 3, AC-130 Operations Procedures; and all appropriate, current AFSOC regulations.
