Based in Hanover, MD, this position contributes to the company's success by providing administrative support to the Global Accounts team.
The Sales Coordinator will be a key point of contact for the team in the coordination of projects, tasks, daily support, gathering of data for reports and dissemination of information between HQ and the field pertaining to Global Account initiatives.

The essential duties and responsibilities as well as knowledge, skills and abilities include but are not limited to the following: Prepares, processes, and monitors the Sales function's pricing actions, and works with the organization's various functions in order to ensure efficiency and customer service support Assists the sales team with requests for proposals, sales presentations, sales agreements, and customer correspondences Assists customers in resolving problems, ordering/receiving supplies, and researching complaints for applicable follow-up Provides daily phone coverage, schedule sales meetings, and coordinates with the entire sales team while preparing processing payroll, submitting invoices to accounts payable, and maintaining sales files Updates, maintains, and ensures accuracy of sales information of the organization's sales databases and related sales materials Successful candidate will possess the following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Power PointAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency Requires excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams Qualifications: High School diploma required, but an Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in a business function Knowledge of the Salesforce system is a plus The information on this posting has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
