MARKETING & SALES SUPPORT JOB DESCRIPTIONReports to the President, and has full responsibility for developing and executing short and long-term marketing strategies.

Through a collaborative effort the Marketing & Sales Support position, oversees branding, creative, advertising, marketing communications, co-marketing partnerships, and web content.

POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIESAssume marketing leadership responsibility Manage daily inventory levels for numerous e-commerce websites.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns.

Create e-mail marketing specials to highlight specific products/vendors.

Provide Sales team with effective marketing communications tools that can be used when selling to key customersOversee website content development, and provide direction to build out the existing site Primary contact for company website(s) maintenance.

Primary contact for vendor incentive programs.

Manage vendor incentive programs for numerous customers.

Training coordinator (advertise trainings, handle registration of customers, manage, set up and break down training events).

Maintain vendor literature levels.

Maintain promo-items inventory levels, order key promo items as needed.

Send out sales packets as needed highlighting key vendors to target customers.

Shared typical administrative duties (answer phone, fax, etc.).Any additional projects as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum 2-3 years marketing leadership experience with an established companyBS / BA Degree in Marketing,Business, Communications, Graphic Design or equivalent work experience Reputation for being creative, strategic, innovative and energetic Experience with interactive marketing strategies and tactics, such as online advertising, SEO, and e-mail marketing Proven track record of delivering above-target marketing-driven business results Thrives in a fast paced environment and multi-tasks at a high-performance level Consistently displays a positive, cooperative, self-motivated and professional attitude Strong oral and written communication skills, and cross-functional interpersonal skills Strong work ethic, integrity, initiative and can-do attitude TECHNICAL SKILLS· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Experience with Adobe InDesign and Macromedia Dreamweaver a plus.

Experience with an e-mail marketing tool such as Vertical Response helpful.
