This entry-level position will assist in the selling of company products, systems, and services by understanding the customer’s business and selling appropriate packaging solutions.

Duties include: account management and growth of assigned accounts by maintaining and developing relationships, developing new opportunities, and resolving customer problems, opening new accounts through phone prospecting and all forms of lead generation, and participating in sales training and product knowledge sessions as required.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have: a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and a minimum of 1 year experience in sales, retail sales, sales support, or customer service.

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required.

Responsibilities include, as applicable, project initiation and project plan development, client interaction, personnel selection and training, scheduling and fiscal management of assigned projects.

In addition, the project manager will be responsible for proposal scoping and development.

The Project Manager is responsible for the oversight of routine and higher level technical work performed for assigned projects and ensuring that quality standards for all project deliverables are achieved within established schedules and scope definitions.

The Project manager will manage all aspects of the interaction between the Company and Clients.

Project Managers are also responsible for development of subcontracts, including technical, schedule and financial performance of subcontractors, as applicable.

Other responsibilities include business plan development and implementation, market assessment and planning, contract negotiation and product and service development, as applicable.

BS Degree in Engineering or related field and 10 years experience.

Experience in nuclear, fossil or process industries is preferred.

Strong communication skills are a must.

Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera P3 is desirable.
