Client is in search of an individual to provide Desktop Support in the Chicago Loop.

The desktop technical specialist reports onsite at the customers location on a daily basis to provide software and hardware support services.

This position enjoys heavy contact with users and requires not only strong technical knowledge but also an outgoing and pleasant personality.

Specialists receive direction from the ABS Team Lead for services requested by the client such as upgrades and installations.

It is critical that the specialist maintain accurate records of all activities using the Infra ticketing system.

The specialist will inform the ABS Team Lead of critical issues regarding personnel, performance, client perception, etc., and works closely with colleagues to ensure consistent, high quality, friendly service that delights customers.

Highly respected consulting firm is in need of 8 experienced MOSS/SharePoint Developers that have real world project experience leveraging SharePoint for constructing Internet facing Websites.

A solid understanding of how creative design process intersects technical build is also desired.

You will work under the direction of a Technical Architect and would be expected to be self-sufficient in implementing defined coding tasks for Website development.

You will also be responsible for Web part development, content management structures and usage, custom lists, columns, layouts, and master page development.
