5. Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.

6. Make recommendations according to customers needs on features, accessories, upgrades and rate plans.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS No physical requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS – HS Diploma/GED or equivalent – At least 17 years of age – 6 months experience operating a computer in Windows based environmentTRAINING -Classroom training.

This is a contract position, Monday through Friday, first shift.In this role, a successful candidate will have the background and capabilities to successfully: Act as a customer service agent to process and respond to customer requests, inquiries and/or orders.

Provide information on repair estimates and timeline of repair completion.

This individual will process these using phone, email, posted mail and/or fax and must be able to communicate these policies to customers.

In addition, this information needs to be accurately entered into the computer.

This position requires coordinating and expediting service issues to higher levels if necessary.

Good communication and follow up skills are a necessity.

Flexibility is required as staffing may dictate this individual to work in other areas such as shipping and receiving, data entry and the parts room.

Representatives will be answering incoming calls, placing orders and answering customer questions about products and shipping status.

There are two offices that are in need of staff and are hiring for 1st shift 8:00AM- 5:00PM and 2nd shift 2:00PM-10:00PM.

Positions start at $12 an hour and are eligible for medical and dental insurance, employee discounts and paid days off after 60 days of employment.
