Position SummaryOur Personal Trainers are courteous business professionals interested in promoting the wellbeing and satisfaction of our members and guests.
As an integral part of our team they have a positive impact on our club and the lives of others by: · Providing sound leadership and acting as a positive role model · Representing the club in an energetic, motivating, and positive manner · Providing personal training and group exercise instruction as needed · Delivering exceptional customer service · Increasing membership enrollment by promoting the club · Ensuring club programs are safe, fun, challenging, and motivating · Treating members, guests, and fellow associates with genuine respectOur most successful Personal Trainers: · Have experience in a fitness or health club environment · Sincerely enjoy helping others improve their health and quality of life · Interact with others in an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive manner · Are respectful and understand the importance of leading by example · Possess a professional demeanor and outstanding customer service skills · Have exceptional verbal communication skills · Possess effective leadership abilities and are highly motivated · Possess at least one nationally recognized certification in group exercise/personal training (ACE, NSCA, ACSM, NASM, Cooper, RTS, etc.)If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you!
