Coordinator, Payroll and HRIS Job in Parsippany 07054, New Jersey US

Duties/Responsibilities: – HRIS guru Lead for HRIS platforms- which includes performance management system, payroll, recruiting system – Payroll complete all payroll transactions for US based employees new hires, promotions, salary increases, leave activities, benefits enrollment and terminationso Coordinate tax filings and W-2so 401K administrationo Investigate, analyze and resolve employee issues- Partner with INTTRA Finance team on budget prep and financial reportingo Data import and extraction; monthly headcount reportingo Complianceo Scrub and upload data into Prophix for financial reporting o FX data managemento System prep for various benefit and compensation projects (Open Enrollment, Stock Option, Deferred Compensation, etc.) o Partner with HR Manager Asia and Coordinator, Europe on any matters involving HRIS- IPMS System Management (Inttra Performance Management System)o Produce the Step Reporto Work with Softscape to execute on modifications of the IPMS toolo Prepare Peer Review matrix and calculate ratingso Investigate, analyze and resolve employee issues- Ceridian Recruiting Systemo Enhance efficiency and usage of recruiting system platform o Work with Hr Generalist team for enhancements and issue resolution- Support HR Coordinator on ad hoc projects and initiatives when necessary- Provide tactical support to the Manager, Human Capital on Workday Project- Other duties as assigned by Manager, Human CapitalRequirements: 3-5 Years Payroll, HRIS, and Benefits experience.

Experience with Ceridian HR Payroll Web, Ceridian Recruiting, and Softscape Performance Management.

Knowledge of Benefit Carrier web sites a plus.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Attention to detail a must.

Undergraduate degree a plus
