The Manager of Credit and Collections is responsible for managing the credit, risk, collection, cash application, and billing functions for Canada, project management for various process improvement programs for the Americas Region (US, Canada and Latin America) and the reporting of monthly results for the Americas Region.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Ensures that all teller transactions (cash, checks, other forms of funds) and ATM machines are balanced, reconciled, and encoded, and appropriate clearing deposits are made to the Federal Reserve.

Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.

Orders cash and ensures that teller cash drawer levels are in conformance with bonding limits.

Supplies cash as needed, and removes cash to vault treasury to reduce drawer limits when appropriate.
