Our client needs a Coding Compliance Manager to supervise 12 FTEs in both inpatient and outpatient coding at one of our prominent clients in Owatonna, MN. This is a new position that reports to the Business Office Manager.

Requirements include RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC with a 4 year Degree, 3 years of experience in HIM, and 2 years of experience as a Supervisor.
