Director of BenefitsAs Director of Benefits, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of our employee population across multiple locations and delivering world-class benefits programs to meet those needs.

You will work with a team of specialists to ensure our benefits programs remain competitive, innovative, comply with regulations, and are delivered in a cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities: · Evaluate and analyze current benefits programs and strategize with upper management and team members on how they could be improved.

· Assist in plan design and ongoing analysis of suite of health and welfare benefits programs including assessment of competitive position/best practices, plan performance and assurance, plan pricing and contribution strategies.

· Assure benefit plans are administered in compliance with plan documents and regulatory requirements.

· Manage various vendors – including conducting regular meetings, overseeing operations and any proposed improvements in their processes, overseeing financials, and reviewing performance guarantees.

· Background should include familiarity with group health and retirement benefits.
