Human Resources Manager _________________________________________ Womens Apparel Company seeks Human Resources Manager with 7-10 years progressive experience in HR. Oversee all Human Resources, HR Administration and Payroll functions Implement policies and procedures for growing HR department while providing guidance to management Represent the company to all new hires Work directly with management in the hiring and training of new employees in accordance with a company growth plan.
Maintain HR activities, All Benefits administration (401K, Medical, Dental, Transit, etc) Implementing and Conducting new hire training for all employees with all Division Heads.
Maintain employment files and other confidential records in compliance with applicable state and federal legal documents.
Performing recruiting activities, including creating and maintaining job descriptions, placing ad's, conducting initial interviews and extending offers of employment.
Conduct reference check, background investigations Entire employee on boarding and off boarding process, including but not limited to, Administrating payroll and benefit programs, communicating benefit information to employees and COBRA Information to terminated employees, conducting exit interviews.
Handle all employee relations issues, as needed and provide counseling t management on disciplinary actions/issues.
