Member Services Pharmacists: 1- position: Variable Staffing Up to 40 hours a week during Peak Season 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. Some Saturdays. Domain Pharmacy Understanding of medication related needs for the purpose of achieving definite outcomes that improve a members quality of life by providing high quality pharmaceutical consultation and services that foster the efficacy, safety and cost effectiveness of drug use for our customers and consumers. Consultation Understands the businesses, industry, and industry trends and uses that knowledge to recommend effective solutions. Leads and/or supports collaborative business partnerships, elicits client understanding and insight to advise and make recommendations. Clarifies scope of work commitments and deliverables, and defines measurable success criteria to monitor progress toward goals. Customer Value Chain, Competitive Intelligence and the Humana Business Model Understanding of the competitive environment, including Humanas marketplace, industry, competition and regulatory environment, as well as understanding of how the components of Humanas business model (i.e. strategy, finances, operations) interrelate to make Humana competitive in the marketplace. Understanding of Humanas business processes, systems, tools, regulations and structure and how they interrelate to provide products and services that create value for Humana customers, consumers and key stakeholders. Pharmacy Operations Understands formularies and reimbursement methodologies and has the ability to provide exceptional customer service as it relates to initiating and/or refilling prescriptions, monitoring for drug-drug interactions and providing guidance to consumers as they navigate pharmaceutical therapy choices.
