This position will require the manager to live on the property.

The manager will oversee the day to day operations of the community, advertising and filling vacancies, screening and qualifying potential residents.

The manager will supervise the leasing and maintenance staff and will report to the regional manager on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of actual experience as a property manager.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred, but not necessary.
