Responsibilities: Promote restaurant sales growth and profits Thoroughly train restaurant workforce Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail Maintain a highly clean restaurant at all times Exhibit Love’s pledge of “doing what is right for our employees” at all times Minimum Requirements Preferred Qualifications: 3 – 6 years restaurant management experience Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of – million Experience supervising and training 6 – 20 employees Valid driver’s license Proven budget and P&L skills PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
