Must display leadership qualities, good communication skills, and a desire to continuously learn. Candidates must also possess the ability tocommunicate effectively and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, government agencies, and the general public. A current IN RN license is required with long term care experience. Qualified candidates need at least 2 years supervisory experience and a clinical background.
