In this position you will supervise the workflow, job performance, and group activities within the Netopia National Design Center during swing shift. The successful candidate will be focused, detail oriented and a results driven professional with excellent organizational and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise the workflow, job performance and group activities within the Netopia National Design Center.
Provide direction on scheduling of projects and maintain an effective flow of work through the department.
Perform technical review on complex design documents and/or web contents.
Communicate all issues with management and make recommendations as needed to support business needs.
Serve as on-going resource to swing shift team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing a diverse team in a production environment
Must have working knowledge of Photoshop
Knowledge of Flash knowledge is desirable
Strong project management, interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with an automated timekeeping system is preferred.
