RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for developing, managing, organizing, improving and
administering the department’s CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management)

Requires detailed Understanding of the different space measurement techniques
such as BOMA, FICM etc. and where each is applicable.

General computer knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Project, and Excel

Job Description

In this role, the Clinical Project Assistant (CPA) will support a project management team in the Operations Department with clinical project duties related to ‘live’ studies. The CPA will support and coordinate the clerical needs of the team from the project development stage through to project completion. Candidates with experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry and knowledge of the clinical trials process are strongly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

Attend local investigator and project specification design meetings.

Participate in study design meetings along with the Clinical Project Manager, including teleconferences and in-person client meetings.

Troubleshoot on live study issues for the Clinical Project Managers.

Create end-user documentation, call flow charts and other study-related documents as necessary.

Create unit testing for test plans and execute testing.

Prepare and collate completed study validation packages for transfer to the UK.

Support the client testing process by being available to assist clients with any issues.

Raise Project Amendment Forms (PAFs), test PAF changes and follow through to completion and go-live.
Update Specifications and other study-related documentation as necessary.

Conduct project validations and present findings and issues for resolution.

Ensure that assigned projects are completed in a timely, accurate manner.

Maintain databases and prioritize the clerical needs of a project in order to meet deadlines.

Job Qualifications

Must have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

The ability to work as part of a team, meet deadlines & take instruction from multiple individuals.

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills.

Associates degree or equivalent is necessary, Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
